  • Holiday Custom Gifts provides custom-printed, made-to-order products through third-party print providers (such as Printify).

  • All designs, content, and materials offered on our Site are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without permission.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these Terms at any time.

2. Custom Products & Order Processing

  • All products sold on our Site are made-to-order and custom printed.

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed, which means orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are in production.

  • Because items are produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defects, misprints, or incorrect items sent.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

    • The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

    • The wrong item was shipped due to our error.
