All items are made-to-order through our print partners.

Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days before an order ships.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, your location, and the selected shipping method.

USA: 3–8 business days

International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

3. Split Shipments
If your order contains items from different print providers (e.g. mugs from one supplier and shirts from another), your order may be split into multiple shipments.

You may receive your items in separate packages.

Items may arrive on different days, depending on the provider’s production and shipping schedules.

Don’t worry—this is normal, and you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and the shipping method selected.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will not be charged extra beyond what you paid at checkout.
5. Tracking

Once an item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Some carriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking information.
