We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policies below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • All products are made to order via our print providers (e.g. Printify). Because of that, please allow [1-3] business days for production before shipment.

  • Shipping times vary based on product type, location, and shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are custom printed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order (e.g. names, custom images/text).

  • Damage-free, unused, and still in original packaging.

However, we do accept returns or offer replacements/refunds in the following situations:

  • If items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong design, wrong size, etc.).

  • If there is a printing error or other issue caused by the print provider.
